For 16 days, use the Mymee app to track your daily activities and habits. (Things like activity levels, hydration and sleep patterns.) The data collected will help customize your treatment.
As a Mymee client, you’ll get a personalized health coach who’ll assess your results and help customize the app to reach your goals. They’re available to listen and support you through the entire process.
You’ll work with your health coach on a weekly basis to hone in on your triggers and tweak your habits as needed. Small changes can mean huge improvements in how you feel.
